Dharma Pravartana Mudra

Dharma Pravartana Mudra

Attuned to all the elements essential qualities, I experience complete integration of mind and body

This Mudra is especially beneficial for:

  • balancing the five elements (Earth, water, fire, air, space)
  • instilling a sense of integration and harmony at all levels of being as the foundation of health and healing.

To hold a Mudra:

  • touch the fingertips of the right hand to the fingertips of the left hand.
  • Bring the outer edges of the thumbs together along their length.
  • The pads of the thumb rest just below the index fingers without touching them.
  • Form a round space within the palms as if holding a globe.
  • Place the hands facing forward in the front of the solar plexus, with the forearms resting against the abdomen.
  • Relax the shoulders down and back which will naturally align the spine.

This Mudra creates the process of transformation toward health healing and awakening through balancing the five elements. The Mudra facilitates full Yogic breathing, optimizing the functioning of all systems of the body and cultivating an overall sense of integration and harmony at all levels of our being.

The Mudra creates an overall sense of energetic well-being that supports the health of all the systems of the physical body and establishing a firm foundation of the spiritual journey.
