I was able while traveling to experience a yoga class from Kathy. I have had many, many yoga teachers and Kathy is excellent. The style she teaches is comprehensive, easy to adjust to, whether beginner or advanced (one can go deeper or stay more gentle). Her voice and her music selection are a delight to listen to, If one were able to take classes from her on a regular basis they would notice differences in their body and well being immediately.
